The Team Clarity Workshop · For Christian Nonprofits · One Day · On-Site

In one day, your team stops
talking past each other.

You came to do work that's bigger than any one of you. One day together gives your staff a shared language for the tension that keeps coming back, so you can get back to the mission.

Your team loves the mission. They just keep missing each other.

Nobody joins a nonprofit for the paycheck. Your people came because they wanted to help, and most of them are doing it for less than they could make somewhere else.

But serving people all day is heavy. Add a staff that sees the world differently and has never had words for it, and the same tension shows up in every meeting. You have the hard conversation. By Monday, it's back.

It's not that your team isn't trying. They just don't understand why the person across the table does what they do.

What's at stake

When the team isn't working, the mission pays for it.

Work that used to feel like a calling starts to feel like a burden. Good people burn out and quietly leave. And donors notice. When a team isn't together, people start to wonder if the mission is worth supporting.

Your cause is too important to lose to a misunderstanding no one has named.

Your guide

I've seen what an unnamed misunderstanding can do to a ministry team.

I've spent more than a decade in ministry leadership, and I've watched good teams pull apart over misunderstandings nobody could name. Good people, a mission they believed in, and a team that couldn't understand each other.

The Enneagram gave me words for what was happening underneath. Now I help ministry teams find those words together, so they can give each other grace and get back to the work God called them to.

The plan

Three steps to a team that gets each other.

01

Book a Team Clarity Call

Thirty minutes, free. We'll look under the hood of your organization together and see if I'm the right fit to come alongside your team.

02

We plan your day

Every staff member takes a free Enneagram assessment ahead of time, and I shape the day around your team.

03

Your team leaves with its Framework

One page, built together in the room, that tells everyone how to work with each other.

What the day looks like

A day your team will actually enjoy.

Before the day

Everyone takes a short Enneagram assessment so the room is ready.

Morning

It starts with one simple question: why would a coworker stay two hours late on a project nobody asked them to finish? Your team will come up with a dozen reasons. That's the Enneagram. Then we walk through the nine ways your people are wired, what drives each one, and the three ways people react when things get hard.

Lunch

Together and low-key. Some of the best conversations happen here.

Afternoon

A hands-on puzzle activity that shows how fast we judge each other's work. Then each person finds their own path to growth. We finish by building your Team Clarity Framework together.

All day long: hands-on activities, real conversations, and Scripture woven throughout.
What you keep

You don't just have a good day. You keep the tools.

01.

Your Team Clarity Framework

What each part of your team needs from the others, the words you want to keep using, and three agreements your staff makes together. Built in the room, and yours before you leave.

02.

A shared language

Words your whole team actually uses the next week.

03.

A personal packet for every staff member

Their type, what drives them, and their path to growth, printed and theirs to keep.

The Picture

This is what your team could feel like.

More grace with each other. The two people who couldn't stand to be in the same room start to see each other differently.

Your people are glad to work together again. And everyone gets back to what matters most: the mission they came to do in the first place.

Questions nonprofit leaders ask

Is this a Christian workshop?

Yes. Scripture is woven through the whole day. If your team needs a training without it, I'm glad to point you to someone who does that well.

Is one day really enough?

For a reset and a shared language, yes. If your team needs deeper, ongoing work, that's what the Team Clarity Intensive is for. Many teams start here.

Our staff works across different locations. Will this work?

Yes. Christian Homes brought their staff together from multiple locations for the day, and it pulled them together.

What if some of my team is skeptical?

That's normal, and it's my job, not yours. By lunch, the skeptics are usually the ones asking the most questions.

The investment
Starting at $3,500

One flat fee for your full staff, everything included. Your final price depends on team size, and we'll confirm it on the call.
