I have spent years teaching the Enneagram to church teams, and here is what I have learned: people do not need another lecture, they need to feel safe enough to be honest. So I keep it warm, I keep it funny, and I make room for the skeptic in the corner. I was that skeptic. By the end, the person who walked in with their arms crossed is usually the one asking the most questions.
